Manufacturing Engineer (Londonderry, NH in Providence, KY

Millennium Precision LLC., an industry innovator of precision Swiss style machining in the production of complex component parts, is looking to add a Manufacturing Engineer-Swiss CNC Machining to our team. Description This is a hands on position requiring 5 plus years of CNC programming, knowledge of M and G codes, feeds speeds, surface finishes, cutting tool applications and machine set-up. Must possess the expertise to work from design prints, calculate feeds and speeds, cycle times, select cutting tools, collets, guide bushings, program CNC codes, document processes, set-up Swiss style lathes, prove out the program, optimize the process and train operators on the process. Qualifications 1. Five to ten years manufacturing engineering background to include several years CNC programming, preferably with Swiss style lathes supporting machining process developments and improvements within regulated industries. 2. Solid knowledge of metal cutting tools geometry and applications. 3. High speed machining background. 4. CADCAM software background. Background with SolidWorks preferred. 5. Effective written and oral communication expertise. 6. Demonstrated time management expertise in oversight of multiple priorities. 7. Expertise to train and motivate operators in established manufacturing standard work procedures 8. Bachelors degree in Engineering or related discipline. Benefits Package 100 Company Paid Med.
